Knitting and Crochet Blog Week, Day Five

(For information on the knitting and crochet blog week, see previous posts.)

Day Five: 1st April. And now for something completely different

This is an experimental blogging day to try and push your creativity in blogging to the same level that you perhaps push your creativity in the items you create.

There are no rules of a topic to blog about (though some suggestions are given below) but this post should look at a different way to present content on your blog. This can take one of many forms.

All my projects (save one or two that I couldn’t find the pictures for) from April 2010 – April 2011. (Sorry it’s a bit slow, but thought I’d try something new as the challenge suggested!)

  1. Excellent idea, Kate. ‘though I don’t have a blog (yet!), I will continue to post my FO’s on Rav and enjoy your creations in here.

I admire your presentation, nice job. Your year in knits and crochet is GREAT! I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through your work, particularly, oh, there’s so many, but I LOVE your filmy, soft-as-a-cloud white shawl languishing on a tree branch. It is divine!

  2. What a productive year you have had! It must be so satisfying to see it all like that. I especially love the shot of the rainbow shawl which looks like it is flying through the bushes.

  3. That is an impressive amount of projects! And I liked the slide show idea.

  4. Very cool idea. And I loved it even more since I can’t keep up with blogs, let alone Ravelry and often miss seeing the great things you knit (I know, I know, I could just go to your projects page…but I’m on Ravelry so seldom anymore that I forget to do that!). You’ve got some great knits in there that are new to me (and wow, you are darn productive in a year)!

  5. Wow, you are prolific! You must be a very fast knitter.

  6. i enjoyed just sitting and admiring all your lovely handiwork.
can’t want to see what you create in the next year(s)!!

Welcome! I always like to hear what people think of a post, it often leads to a great discussion! I am now responding to comments and questions right in the comments themselves, so other people can follow the conversation.
