May was a fun month, helped by the fact that spring arrived. How did my health goals fit into that?
1. Garden – lots of work getting done here, filling up the truck with yard waste almost every week-end! Trying to stay on top of it and not let it get run down this year requires constant work! But, we’ve been eating pac choi, mustard greens and lettuce, so feeling pretty good.
2. Didn’t get a lot of hikes in, but doing a lot of walking. Towards the end of the month I finally started adding in some resistance work – it’s hard!
3. Writing still isn’t happening as another editing contract is on my desk. But I continue to put this goal at the forefront.
June is another busy month before the summer school holidays begin, but I do have a few goals in mind. Stay tuned!
