5 Easy Steps to Healthy Cooking by Camilla Saulsbury.
I really like this cookbook! It is packed with information, and there are enough recipes to find something appealing. I like the health notes scattered through-out the book, there is a lot of useful information in them. The recipes themselves are a really wide variety of healthy choices, and the author has devised a system to show you which areas of healthy living the recipes enhance.
I haven’t cooked anything from it yet, but I’m certainly enjoying reading it so far!
