One last pillowcase was finished on December 22nd, an hour before the recipient pulled into our driveway for the holidays.
There was no time for a photo on a pillow, I remembered the photo as I folded it in half to wrap it and put it under the tree.
I was very pleased with these pillowcases, and will have to keep them in mind for summer gifts and wedding gifts. I’ll probably skip a year before making them again as Christmas gifts.

Oh, little deer! Definitely consider them for other times of the year. In particular because I’ve found that flannel options can be a bit limited (though you’ve found some lovelies for sure) but normal cotton has so many possibilities for cool cases. Besides, if you are a responsible adult, pillowcases get changed rather frequently and thus we need many many pairs!! ;)

I love it! I’m sad to report that I still haven’t gone flannel-shopping but keep your lovely pillowcases in the back of my mind for future projects.
