Colours All Around

The other day at the beach, I was struck by the natural colour variations in the washed up detritus along the shore line.

Every time I’m at the beach something different strikes me, and this day it was the colours. I could see these palates in my knitting, or my scrapbooking, or my garden. Art imitates nature, if it can.

  1. Great photos. We do live in a beautiful place with never-ending inspirations.

  2. gorgeous!
it is so refreshing to just stop and notice all the beauty that surrounds us on a daily basis – thanks for the reminder.

  3. I love your photography, Kate. These beautiful pics first reminded me of an art gallery, of all things. I felt I was looking great masterpieces. It is so good to stop & smell the roses or in your case, the beach. Good on ya!

  4. Art imitating nature…it’s a thing of beauty!

Welcome! I always like to hear what people think of a post, it often leads to a great discussion! I am now responding to comments and questions right in the comments themselves, so other people can follow the conversation.
